With social medias and network technology, we could learn from information all over the world through the internet. Learning method and tools progress rapidly, and “Gamification” has become one of the most popular ingredients for teaching material. The interactivity and immediate feedback of gamification enhance motivation in learning through the learning material.
However, the skill of programming is usually critical for combining teaching material with interactivity. This paper proposes a set of interactive learning material which is easy to modify. Teachers could do modification on their own in accordance with demand to produce interactive teaching material easily and flexibly.
In this paper, a package of teaching material was made with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Input System among the package is used for question input, using Excel VBA form as the interface. Users could simply set the question and corresponding answer in the material without programming skills.
With subject evaluation, this study summarized the lack of teaching materials and suggestion for improvements. Subjects gave positive recognition to the interactive teaching material designed for the study.
Study results could be a reference and might be applicable to teaching material design, making teaching materials more diversified.
