Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 文化創意產業經營學系 === 105 === This research focuses on the analysis of the roles, responsibilities and professional knowledge of curators. Through the literature review, proposed the questionnaire which was reviewed by experts meeting with practical experience in this field. To investigate the cultivated ability by training and realistic requisite capability in working place, this study induced and developed the content curation developing capability index, and analyzed the competency gap of professional needs between exhibit curators and students.
Participants were students enrolled in the program of content curation at National Taipei University of Education and curators with 3 years or above exhibit developing working experience. KMO and Bartlett’s test were been using for measuring sample suitability, induced a total of 46 indexes into 5 dimensions, including emotional ability & personality traits, ability of self-improvement and dealing-affairs, performance ability, creativity & vision and professional background and career development for factor analysis. In addition, t-test was been using to explore the cognition gap between students and practical curators regarding their professional knowledge in exhibit developing industry.
