Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The survey took in Taipei municipal elementary school civil servants as population with stratified random sampling, 718 copies of questionnaire were distributed, 630 valid samples were collected, the overall response rate was 87.7 %, effective response rate was 89.3 %.Data was analyzed with using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and general linear model. Main conclusions made up from the research are as the following: 1. Civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools generally perceived Subjective well-being performance of the performance of the medium to high level, in which the performance of "life satisfaction level" is the most idea. 2. Civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools generally perceived Organizational commitment performance of the performance of the medium to high level, in which the performance of "willingness to work hard" is the most idea. 3. There were significant differences in which of civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools consciousness of the Subjective well-being due to gender、marital status、various of job attributes and whether to serve as a supervisor, as well as school size. 4. There were significant differences in which of civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools in terms of gender、age、marital status、various of job attributes and whether to serve as a supervisor. 5. There are large positive correlations between Subjective well-being and organizational commitment for civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools. 6. Subjective well-being for civil servants in Taipei municipal elementary schools has a large positive predictive relationship on organizational commitment, especially on "life satisfaction level" is most important.
