Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 資訊科學系碩士班 === 105 === Strong upper extremity function is indispensable for human daily life, the upper limbs of the palm and wrist is the main object to grasp, hold , flex and other actions. It must rely on prosthesis if someone can’t complete the basic action needs because of accidents or natural. Traditional prosthetic limbs that only have similarity in appearance are difficult to do grasping, holding and other actions. Owing to new technological and scientific advances, the electronic prosthesis of introducing sensing elements and microcontrollers are created. The civilian population can not afford the expense of prosthesis due to technological monopolies and high cost.
3D printing is employed in this research to create the upper prosthesis with lower cost, which have functions such as grasp and grip. In order to provide a better live independently ability to upper limb dysfunction patients, auxiliary equipment can be customized need. In the study, the development of simple electronic upper prosthesis is based on electromyogram to control the upper extremity. It does have a more flexible control, a strong driving force, a larger finger grip, and do not need to install the advantages of shoulder strap. Therefore, the use of the arms of the myoelectric signals to control the movement of the palm motor to achieve the required function in the daily life. This model provided by the action and function of the initial verification do have a stability and reliability. It should be able to assist the basic life needs of the patients with upper limb dysfunction.
