Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 環境生物與漁業科學學系 === 105 === After interbred with Japanese abalone strain, the abalone farming industry in northeast area of Taiwan has been recovered gradually. but still under the pressure of cost raising and competition of China abalone farming industry. Therefore, this study mainly discusses the operating efficiency, cost analysis and benefit of abalone culture in Northeast area in Taiwan, and the industrial economic development; In this study, we compared the differences in profitability between different years, farming scale and culture method using Multivariate analysis of variance and Mahalanobis distance analysis, coupled with understand on the impact of operating costs using Cobb-douglas function , as a reference for industrial development. This research was studying the effects of year, farming scale, and culture method on the profit gain for abalone culture in northeast area in Taiwan. The year include 2014 and 2015; The farming scale include small and big size; culture method include monoculture and polyculture. The result indicated that production cost structure in different years, farming scale and culture method, are the cost of seed accounted for the largest proportion of operating costs.2014 and 2015 are 48%, small farming scale is 49%, big farming scale is 47%, monoculture is 47%, polyculture is 49%; the profitable of big size farming scale and polyculture are better. Revenus-Cost Ratio of big farming scale is 1.63, polyculture is 1.81; however, the year had no significant effect on the farming profitability. This study also describes that sum of the production elasticity coefficient is 0.974, so to increase the scale of abalone culture will not increase their income.Never theless, the cost of fry, labor, feed, equipment maintenance, rent, and water and electricity were important factors are important variables for profit. By The development strategy of abalone aquaculture were also analyzed by SWOT, Michael Porter-competitive strategy, and five force model analysis. The results are presented on three sides as a reference for related researches and policy development: Production: 1. Invest in seed breeding industry to stabilize seedling sources and reduce purchase prices. 2. Set up favorite diving staff, to harvest experience and give feedback, another counseling young farmers back into the industry, promote the overall development of rural areas, thereby enhancing the farmers income. 3. Integration of the industry, to promote strategic alliances, Gracilaria whole production, ordering, deeds and research, will reduce operating costs.Or mixed with Ulva by IMTA farming model, to make up the issue of insufficient amount of Gracilaria 4. Reduce the stocking density, that can reduce investment risk and profitability is relatively stable by polyculture. Marketing: 1. Group marketing companies, regularly return to market demand and the status quo to create new business opportunities, and recommended the "Taiwan International Agricultural Development Corporation Limited", which is set up by the Council of Agriculture, bring the aquaculture industry into the target, to balance production, quality and market, increase the competitive of industry. 2. Establishment of free brands, to diversify the marketing channels, such as through the Internet, Internet of Things and other technologies, direct sales of traceable, validated aquatic products to improve the profitability 3. Stop farming of the pond can be developed one day fisherman's experience to carry forward the characteristics of local industries.
