碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 教育研究所 === 105 === This research aims at probing into the present situation of the usage of information technology and Information Literacy of the teachers at Elementary School in New Taipei City. It also compares the differences of teacher’s background variable in the usage of information technology and teachers’ Information Literacy. In order to attend the goals, this study will be conducted by the literature review and questionnaire survey. The results will be analyzed by percentage, means, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study are as follows: 1.The teachers at Elementary School in New Taipei City get used to use information technology into classroom teaching. 2. Universal information technology like Smartphone , Tablet and Social media are changing the way of classroom teaching of teachers. 3. Information technology is just used for a media in teaching and learning. 4.Female teachers is more familiar and flexible with the information technology than male teachers. 5.Middle schools have more resources of information technology facilities. Teachers in the large schools have more intentions to apply Information technology facilities in their teachings. 6. Information Literacy of the teachers at Elementary School in New Taipei City is in High-intermediate Level, and they are willing to use information technology facilities. 7. Information Literacy of the teachers at Elementary School in New Taipei City influence by gender and school size. Based on the conclusions, we hope this study can propose some suggestions for teachers, related organizations and for further studies.
