Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 105 === In this study, the development strategies of cold chain logistics center in Keelung Port were surveyed by the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Firstly, based on the former literatures, the service demand for the cold chain logistics center is sorted out, and then the questionnaires are collected from cruise lines, forwarders, warehousing, logistics, importers and agents which serve in the northern part of Taiwan. Using the Important-Performance Analysis method, the services for customers cared are summarized, including satisfactory service items. Secondly, the logistics center technical attributes to establish technical criterion, and finally through the QFD method to assess its implementation priority, to facilitate the consideration of service providers. The first stage of the questionnaires showed that the priority of the service quality from the demand side were “to ensure the continuous power supply of the facilities”, “the safety control measures of storage”, “the storage capacity of low temperature warehouse”, “the professional degree of service personnel” and “the complete transportation equipment”. And the second stage expert questionnaires, considering the technical attributes extracted from the past literatures, were conducted by QFD to find out the priority of technical attributes were “Traceability”, “Sales Forecasting and Stock Analysis”, “Personnel training and work management”, “Cross Docking Operation”, and “Multi-Temperature Co-delivery Operation”. We found that the top 7 technical attributes fell down on “the Operation Improvement” category, and it means that the items below the category should be improved first for service providers.
