The study data collection period from 2011 to 2015 of 936,076 and 331,500 monitor data, physicochemical characteristic analysis discussion main ingredient to influence the port. Keelung stations and EPA stations the calendar year, air quality monitoring station measured values of the concentration curve over time, and EPA station than those of the Port Authority station is lowe. Compare two stations, it seems like the vehicles, power plant or shipyards shall cause more than that ship. In the EPA stations, correlation results analysis shows that NOx and NMHC, CO and NOx were high direct correlation. And O3 shows low negative correlation. NMHC, CO and NOx has highly correlation than O3 and SO2, in other words, mobile pollution source is patent than stationary source. The second composition was CH4, NO2, THC, and CH4 shows highly correlation with THC and NO2. The third composition was PM10, PM2.5 and O3 is positively correlated. The air quality of Keelung is affected by photochemical reactions which has similar pattern with metropolis city areas. In the Keelung stations, correlation results analysis shows that the NOx with wind speed was negative correlation,the and SO2 and PM10 was direct correlation. The second composition was O3, the O3 with relative humidity was negative correlation, the PM2.5 affected by the monsoon, the third composition with temperature was direct correlation, with the rainfall was moderately correlation, affected by the geographical conditions and climatic factors.
