SinjinJhu not only enriched the performance contents but also influenced other type of dramas when ex-SinjinJhumembers joined in various type of performances arts. SinjinJhu, inherited from CyuanjyunJinshanghua, combines the traditional northern and southern of China art skills, nanguan singing techniques, beiguan background music, tsit4-kio2 hi3 graceful postures, Chinese opera kongfu style called "North-South Cross", and therefore makesSinjinJhua new fusion performance art. SinjinJhu as the research target of this essay, we will study on it’s history and also cover the artistic characteristics of their performances. By Starting from research onSinjinJhu’s predecessor CyuanjyunJinshanghua, we are trying to figure out the kau1-ka1-hi3evolving process and all the characteristics that SinjinJhu inherited, including music, postures, performances traits and we also cover the legacy and contributions that SinjinJhuachieved. Following this research process, we structured this essay into three chapters,Chapter one contains the SinjinJhuhistory, including how they inherited from CyuanjyunJinshanghua, development timeline, organization structure, training techniques and key members’ contributions. Chapter two covers the classification of SinjinJhuperformances lists and briefs on key signature performances. In chapter three we will have a discussion on artistic characteristics of SinjinJhuperformances by sheet music collecting, interviews and video recording. Finally, to conclude on SinjinJhu development evolution and their contribution to Taiwan traditional folk cultures.
