The research instruments of this study included Future Time Perspective of Junior High School Students Scale, High School Students' Attitude Scale and Career Decision-making Self-Efficacy Scale. The study was conducted in five cities including Xinbei, Taoyuan, Changhua, Kaohsiung and Yilan. Students from grade 7 to grade 9 were selected as subjects, and 754 students were selected by questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The main findings are as follows: 1. The future time perspective of junior high school students varied significantly in gender and grade. And there was no difference in the different educational level of parents. 2. The learning attitude of junior high school students varied significantly in gender and grade. And there was no significant difference in the different educational level of parents. 3. The career decision-making, self-efficacy of junior high school students varied significantly in the grade. There was no significant difference in gender and the different educational level of parents. 4. There was a positive correlation between junior high school students’ future time perspective and career decision-making self-efficacy. 5. There was a positive correlation between junior high school students’ learning attitude and career decision-making self-efficacy. 6. There was a positive correlation between junior high school students’ future time perspective and learning attitude. 7. Learning attitude of junior high school students had a partial mediating effect between future time perspective and career decision-making self-efficacy. In the end, the researcher concludes with specific suggestions based on the research results, and offers the relevant staff of education and counseling and follow-up study as reference.
