By the way of the autism spectrum teenager's narrative of life story, we can understand the grief experiences of the autism spectrum teenager, and we can also explore their resilience processes. The participant of this research just one case, the participant provided his grief and resilience narratives by Semi-structured interviews conducted by this researcher. The narratives of life story from the autism spectrum teenager let us understand his inner worlds related to his grief experiences. The narrative from the autism spectrum teenager of the death of the major caregiver was presented in holistic-content analysis to interpret the individual life story. Gathering the analysis and discussion, the research results in as following: 1.The autism spectrum teenager suffered major caregiver death the losing responses is roughly the same as the normal person, but the proportion of cognitive response is higher than the physiological and emotional reactions, reflecting the behavior of tolerance. 2.The autism spectrum teenager resiliency of the way there are internal and external systems, and the key to influencing their adaptation in the autism spectrum teenager is willing to take the initiative to ask for help as well as the companion's understanding and support. 3.The grief experiences of the autism spectrum teenager have a negative impact, but through the grief tasks, there is still a positive influence; this process is not much difference with the normal person. 4.The autism spectrum teenager in the grief experience of some disenfranchised grief phenomenon. Researcher from the interview process observation and narrative analysis, put forward the individual thinking of the researcher; and based on the findings of the research, respectively, autism, autism family members and help professional workers and the future to make recommendations.
