Taiwan in the health industry technology more and more vigorous development, the government and the people are heavily involved in research and development projects. In the past, there have been many research programs on the management of traditional medical models, but so far, the study of electronic drugs is still relatively rare.
Therefore, in order to present the visibility of such research and which will encounter any risk, to be assessed, to avoid and deal with.
This study takes qualitative research - to explore and study the business model of Taiwan Oasis. Research methods to visit the case of three high-level professionals in the company's views, and SWOT as a tool to analyze and organize.The results show that: 1.
