The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between motivation of playfulness and creativity-using academic pressure as the moderator and creative self-efficacy as themediator on junior high school student. In the research methods, this study conducted questionnaire survey to junior high school students in Kaohsiung City and total of 400 effective samples, which were analyzed by Multiple Regression. The results of this study show that Motivation of Playfulness is significantly related to flexibility and originality. Academic Pressure is significantly related to Fluency. Academic Pressure moderates the relationship between Motivation of Playfulness and flexibility and elaboration. Creative Self-Efficacy is significantly related to flexibility and originality. Creative Self-Efficacy mediates the relationship between Motivation of Playfulness and originality. According to the above, this study further proposed related discussions and practical suggestions.
