Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 戲劇創作與應用學系碩士班 === 105 === The main purpose of this project is to integrate creative drama with music teaching of aesthetic education in Preschool and to convey the basic music concepts and elements to children using the teaching method of creative drama. Moreover, this project also intends to investigate how to integrate creative drama with music teaching in Preschool and reflect on possible problems and solutions. This project designed a 12-class music course and enrolled 28 children in a senior class of National University of Tainan Affiliated Preschool in Tainan City and 17 children in a senior class of Wunyuan Elementary School Affiliated Preschool as the research subjects. During the project implementation, this project used filming and photographed to record the course activities, develop educators’ teaching reflection diary, and perform verbal interviews with mentors after the class to amend the course design and activities. According to the findings from project implementation, this study reached the following conclusions: 1) children’s auditory development affects the design of specific music elements; 2) activity design should be gradually guided to the integration of multiple concepts from the exploration of single elements; 3) children’s living experiences and sensory ability can be used in teaching; 4) the teaching strategies of creative drama can trigger children’s learning motivation and interest; 5) children can feel music and create aesthetic experiences from the courses. In the end, this project proposed relevant suggestions for educators who intend to integrate creative drama with music teaching as a reference for future studies.
