The method is to provide language education utilizing multimedia on 4 year old language development delay children in a public kindergarten. To further understand the influence multimedia method may have on the child’s performance in understanding of vocabulary, semantics and syntax with ability to express. There were four findings from this study: 1. Teaching language development delay children by using multimedia can effectively improve their performance on vocabulary receptive and expression. 2. Teaching language development delay children by using multimedia can effectively improve their performance on semantics, syntax receptive and expression. 3. Throughout the study, it is found that the use of multimedia in the teaching of language development delay children will help to improve children's initiative, confidence, concentration, memory, learning motivation and willingness to repeat practices. Multimedia can also increase the experience of human-computer interaction, enhance the ability to operate multimedia equipment. The study also shows that "multimedia vocabulary game" is more attractive than "multimedia photo story" to further enhance children’s language study. 4. Kindergarten teacher’s opinions on language instruction by using multimedia on language development delay children: Teachers think that by using multimedia on language development delay children on language instruction can help children developing their language ability. In addition, researchers have positive view on multimedia vocabulary games and multimedia photo stories. Teachers' computer information ability and Classroom equipment will affect teachers' willingness of using multimedia for teaching language. Although there are many advantages using multimedia; however, in practice, teachers will still base on the actual situation to choose the appropriate teaching methods.
