The key differentiation between "Industrial 4.0" and "Industrial 3.0" is in service thinking, especially, it is a "user-centric service."
Based on the core technology of industry 4.0 CPS (Cyber-Physical System), the Smart factory is a key feature of Industrial 4.0. While the flexible industrial robots is the cornerstone of the Smart factory, the production line of smart factory provided by the industrial robot system service provider. How it suits the needs of customers in the era of industrial 4.0, the business model is essential.
In the product service system with different services, the business model has become more dynamic and open. Under leasing transactions, products can be used by the user in the case of without ownership of products, and service providers to provide full life cycle management. Also makes the product a high degree of utilization and avoid waste, thus forming a protection of the environment.
