Furthermore, it also explores the relationships between principals' curriculum leadership, organizational learning, and School innovation management effectiveness in middle schools. Finally, it assesses the feasibility of the structural equation model among these aspects under consideration in middle schools. To achieve the purposes, this research adopts a questionnaire survey. “The investigative questionnaire of relationships among principals' curriculum leadership, organizational learning, and School innovation management effectiveness in middle schools”, is the main tool in use. The samples were 1,425 teachers selected from 120 middle schools in Taiwan, and 1,112 of the distributed copies were validly collected. The return rate was 81.9%. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, chi-square test, multivariate analysis of variance, and structural equation model, are employed to analyze the collected data. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The middle school teachers are well aware of the status quo of the curriculum leadership, organizational learning and school management effectiveness. 2. There is significant difference in Teacher’s service over 21 years in director position in terms of principals' curriculum leadership. 3. There is significant difference in Administration Staff or Subject Teacher from North Taiwan in terms of organizational learning. 4. There is significant difference in male Administration Staff service over 21 years in terms of School innovation management effectiveness. 5. There is a significant positive correlation among principals' curriculum leadership, organizational learning, and School innovation management effectiveness. 6. School innovation management effectiveness in overall aspects and various aspects can be predicted by principals' curriculum leadership in overall aspects and various aspects, organizational learning overall aspects and various aspects. Organizational learning in overall aspects and various aspects can be predicted by principals' curriculum leadership in overall aspects. 7. The feasibility of structural equation model among principals' curriculum leadership, organizational learning, and school innovation management effectiveness is verified and it can explain the relationships among main variables. 8. Organizational learning had mediate effect on principals' curriculum leadership influence positively school innovation management effectivenese. According to the conclusions, some suggestions are provided as references for Department of Education, principals in middle schools, school teachers and future follow-up study.
