The researcher conducted a survey by the self-designed questionnaire. There were 202 effective questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by percentage, Means and Standard Deviation mainly and supplemented with qualitative analysis. Results indicated that: 1. The special teachers agreed less in the trial implementation newly revised special education curriculum guidelines. 2. Most special teachers agreed that the schools could provide them with administrative supports during the trial implementation newly revised special education curriculum guidelines. 3. Most special teachers agreed that the curriculum and IEP could be carried out during the trial implementation newly revised special education curriculum guidelines. 4. The most difficult for the special teachers to encounter was ‘lacking the matching resources’ and the least difficult was ‘supports from school administrative personnel’ during implementing the newly revised special education curriculum guidelines . 5. It demonstrated significantly different in the level of consent for the trial implementation newly revised special education curriculum guidelines between the general high school teachers and the special education school teachers. 6. The special teachers needed most was ‘the in-service training of instructions for Special Needs course’ from the administrative resources and supports and ‘preparing teaching materials and exchanging teaching experience’ from the curriculum planning during the trial implementation newly revised special education curriculum guidelines. Finally, according to the findings, some suggestions were presented for the education authorities, senior high schools and vocational education schools, and future related studies.
