This pyrrole fragment can be the precursor of several nature molecules. Chapter 2 : The second chapter describes concise TfOH-mediated [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of ynamides with two discrete nitriles to synthesize seven pyrimidine-based emitters following by measurements of optical properties. These new derivatives show near-UV and blue fluorescent emissions (336 ~ 457 nm) with moderate quantum yields.
