The target group for this survey focused on teachers in junior high school in Taichung. 472 questionnaires had been sent. Among returned questionnaires, 443 were valid and the rate of return was 97%. In this research, the definition of school efficacy was divided into four dimensions including the service and operation of administrative affairs, the specialty and teaching of teachers, the performance of students and the integration of community resources. This survey discussed on different genders, ages, years of work experience, education, current positions, locations of schools, scales of schools, the groups of evaluation of administrative affairs, the diversity of pressure of evaluation of administrative affairs as teachers in junior high schools by using the questionnaire of evaluation of administrative affairs and efficacy of school in junior high schools in Taichung as a research tool. Through consultation and item analysis, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were increased. Moreover, by stratified random sampling, junior high schools in Taichung were categorized into eight groups and five scales including 54 schools, and the data from these questionnaires were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent-sample T test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis and etc. In order to find teachers’ awareness of evaluation of administrative affairs and opinions on efficacy of school under different backgrounds and additionally, to forecast efficacy of school by studying evaluation of administrative affairs. The conclusions of the research as below: 1.In the service and operation of administrative affairs, there was significant difference between different genders, current positions and the groups of evaluation of administrative affairs to efficacy of school. 2.In the specialty and teaching of teachers, significant difference existed between different scales of schools and the pressure of evaluating teaching openly to efficacy of school. 3.In the performance of students, different genders and scales of schools had significant difference to efficacy of school. 4.In the integration of community resources, there was significant difference between different genders, current positions, scales of schools and the groups of evaluation of administrative affairs to efficacy of school. 5.Different genders and current positions had significant difference to awareness of evaluation of administrative affairs. 6.In the forecast of evaluation of administrative affairs for efficacy of school, “evaluators can give school suggestions with accurate directions” especially was the best. Based on the conclusions and discussions of the research, these three suggestions were provided: 1.It is principal for increasing efficacy of school that teachers can study and learn continuously in teaching territories. 2.The alternation of positions can increase the sensitivity in evaluation of administrative affairs for educators. 3.The revise and feedback of curriculum which were given by professional evaluators are critical for the combination of evaluation of administrative affairs and efficacy of school. keyword:Correlation Research of School Evaluation, Efficacy of School , Junior High Schools CHEN, SHENG-HSIEN 陳盛賢 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 149 zh-TW
