The three key aboriginal schools as the participants included school administrative directors, teachers, principals, parents and pupils. The data was collected through interview and document analysis in a qualitative approach. According to research purposes and findings, the conclusions were as followings. 1.These participants in the schools all devoted themselves to deal with the affairs of grant policies for the indigenous students with financial needs. 2. The schools which opened educational accounts for the pupils’ special needs could properly use the grants for the learning of these indigenous students with financial needs. 3. It was necessary to improve the application procedure for the indigenous students with financial needs. 4. The researcher found the family and economical problems for the abrignal students during the application process of the grants for the indigenous students with financial needs. 5. The researcher suggested that the government, schools, aboriginal parents and students themselves to strive to solve the learning difficulities for some aboriginal students. 6. The hope for the aboriginal students was also the hope for the whole aboriginal people. According to the research findings to give some suggestions for the Taiwanese Council of Indigenous Peoples, local schools and those who would be interested in doing the related researches.
