If enterprises want to continuosly grow, one of the major strategic directions is developing into electronic businesses. To import and promote enterprise resource planning system (ERP) in the electronization process is a very important method. At present, there are many enterprises in Taiwan to import and use ERP system, but not all enterprises can produce good performance. To promote successfully ERP system, people (human factors), system (corporate system, organizational factors) and tools (information system) are indispensable. Besides, human factors have the greatest impact. In other words, the user behavior will seriously affect the performance of the ERP system. This study collects the record data of batch operation and report operation of S enterprise’s ERP system, and uses the association rule model and time series model in the data mining model to analyze the behavior of users using ERP system. The result shows that finance and accounting department use ERP more frequently than other departments; the batch and report operation of most frontline departments shows no cyclic pattern; and supervisors have little involvement in ERP.
