The main goals of this research were to discuss the service content of special education and the relation between students with disabilities and their families, therefore, the method was based on the survey of the students, parents and siblings. Furthermore, by using the semi-structured interview of qualitative research to have a deeper understanding of strategic alliance in business organization of special education, the interviews included the parents, strategic alliance partners and specialists. Lastly, by analyzing the above purposes of this study to conclude the following results: 1.The positive effects of family relationship after students with disabilities have received the service from the business organization in special education. This has shown that the effectiveness of the improvement of family relationship. 2.The best way to continue the cooperation is to share the resources, and trust between Sategic alliance partners and the organization; in addition both parties could improve the knowledge of profession. Furthermore, not only create more profits together but also develop unique products and service 3.Parents, business in the same industries, and specialists all agreed the concept of transforming business organization to social business, and designing new curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
