Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The propose of this study was to explore the effects of inclusive education program for regular grade students and a student with autism in junior high school, as well as to compare the adaptation and interaction in a pre-implementation condition with a post-implemetaion . This study was an action research .The participants of this research were twenty-six students and a student with disabilities. The process was designed by inclusive education programs, and contained ten-week classes, 45 minutes a week. By collecting Understanding Autism Rating Scale, observation records, teaching reflection diary, recording record, feedback sheets and semi-structured interviews, the researcher analyzed the data in the study. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The student with autism improves his social skills with implementation of inclusive education program. According to the interview by his teacher and classmates, the student’s social skill problems were improved partially. 2. Inclusive education program reinforced the relationship between the student with disabilities and his non-disabled peers .Their interaction frequency and quality elevated, indicating positive development in their relationships. 3. Inclusive education program enhanced the non-disabled peers' understanding the student with disabilities. They regarded him as their peer not a person who was taken care of, showing the progress in their relationships. Based on the findings of this study, suggestions and recommendations for improving inclusive education as well as further studies were proposed.
