Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 區域與社會發展學系國民小學教師在職進修教學碩士學位班 === 105 === This research aims to explore the relationship between local crops and tourism development, analyze the growing conditions and spatial distribution of local drops, and further explain eriobotrya japonica, lychee, bamboo shoots how to promote local tourism to form a food tourism trail by using the analysis methods of literature, participate in observation and in-depth interviews. This research finds that: First, based on the growing conditions of natural environment for crops appropriate cultivation and farmers’ accumulated good planting techniques, coupled with official counseling and promotion, the eriobotrya japonica, lychee, bamboo shoots of crops become an important tourist food in the Taiping District. Second, due to historical origins, land use and growth factors and other factors, the planting of local crops is clustered on the spatial distribution patterns. Third, the trail along the Route 136 to the Kaifeng Leisure Agriculture Park in the harvest season of eriobotrya japonica and lychee becomes the prototype of tourist food trail. Finally, according to the research analysis, this research proposed some suggestions:First local industry personnel and government sectors should be effective in the integration and planning on the dimensions of tourist attractions, friendly traffic environment and hardware facilities establishment. Second, agricultural personnel and government sectors can provide supports to expand the agricultural experiences and tourism promotion for local farmers. Actively integrating the vertical and horizontal strategic alliances of locals and civil groups to a strong linkage is essential.
