This study is a quasi-experimental research onto the 4 classes that students in 4th grades of an elementary in Taichung City, Taiwan and divided 4 classes into two groups of experimental and control group. The experimental group has been taught in Computer Laboratory, the researcher used IWB to assist online stroke assessment in association with real-time response system to teach Chinese stroke order. The control group has been taught in traditional classroom, the researcher used blackboard to assist Chinese stroke order cards to teach Chinese stroke order, and students do the exercise of stroke order sheet after teaching. After teaching, all of the students have been written after the test volume of Chinese stroke order, delay the test volume and the test volume of teaching feedback. Then, the researcher used SPSS to deal with the data statistics and analysis. The results of the study indicated that the grades has no significant difference by different teaching strategies and different gender after teaching, but the grades of average after the test volume of Chinese stroke order, and the grades of average delay the test volume are higher than the control group. In addition, after the test volume of Chinese stroke order, the averages of girls’ grades are higher than boys’ by different teaching strategies. After all the difference student’s ability to group, the grades of the test volume of Chinese stroke order and delay the test volume have significant difference in experimental and control group. It means that all effects of the grades after the test volume of Chinese stroke order and delay the test volume for teaching strategies onto the group of high, medium, low group in experimental and control group. To raise the grades of achievement test by stroke order learning in low group are better than the group of medium and high. The data of statistics shows most of the students felt satisfaction by using IWB to assist online stroke assessment in association with real-time response system to teach Chinese stroke order in the survey of questionnaire.
