This research adopted questionnaire survey method. A self-designed questionnaire by researcher was distributed to 540 elementary school teachers in Taichung which was stratified random sampling by scale of schools, and with 525 valid returns at response rate of 90.93%. The data were analyzed by method of descriptive statistics, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA. The research conclusions were as follows: 1. The teaching benefits of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD were rated upper-intermediate level. 2. The pre-class preparation benefits were rated upper-intermediate level of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD; in job descriptions, teacher/ director have higher pre-class preparation benefits than teacher/ section chief and classroom teacher. 3.The teaching methods and strategies were rated upper-intermediate level of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD; in job descriptions, teacher/ director have higher teaching methods and strategies benefits than teacher/ section chief and classroom teacher. 4.Learning assessments benefits were rated upper-intermediate level of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD; the effects of background variables on learning assessment were no differences. 5.Classroom management were rated upper-intermediate level of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD; in job descriptions, teacher/ director have higher classroom management benefits than teacher/ section chief and classroom teacher. 6.Teacher-Parent interactions benefits were rated upper-intermediate level of elementary school teachers in Taichung after TEPD; the effects of background variables on Teacher-Parent interactions were no differences.
