Trying to clarify the relationship among the variables, this research aimed at promoting the willing to use EAP of employee and providing some information to increase EAP utilization rates. The subjects of this study consist of 176 employees of the companies with the EAP service. The Questionnaire survey was used. The research analyzed all the information by Pearson’s product-moment correlation and structural equation model. The results were shown as below: 1.With the experience of the employee, the perceived ease of use and the behavioral intentions to use showed significant correlations. 2.With the experience of the employee, the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness showed significant correlations. 3.With the experience of the employee, the perceived ease of use and perceived curiosity showed significant correlations. 4.The relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intentions to use EAP was completely mediated by the perceived usefulness. 5.The relationship between perceived ease of use and behavioral intentions to use EAP was completely mediated by the perceived curiosity. 6.The level of employee percept social support and behavioral intentions to use EAP showed significant correlations. 7.With the experience of the employee, behavioral intentions to use EAP and actual use showed significant correlations. The Implications of these results were discussed and suggesting the strategy to promote behavioral intention to use and actual use EAP of employee , and furthermore , elevating EAP utilization rate.
