In Mongolia, policy of knowledge-based management development is weak and lack of knowledge workers. Furthermore, rarely used to the research and analysis on Critical success factors (CSF) for adopting in SMEs and tools and technique of KM in Mongolia. Currently, Mongolian economic have been to going down such as decreasing to growth of small and medium entrepreneurships. These factor’s secret reason is direct relative to knowledge management can’t successful adopting in SME.
