The decision makers conduct the concept of industrial clustering and the application of urban idle space to promote the formation of cultural and creative parks. The purpose of this thesis is to discuss and analyze the dimensions of business model, service quality and business performance in cultural and creative parks. By using qualitative research method, this thesis obtains research findings on the basis of the literature research and practical interviews. This study uses two cases of cultural and creative parks including Taipei Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Industrial Park and Taichung Cultural and Creative Industry Park. The organizational background, 9-elements business models, service quality and business performance are explored and compared. The results indicate the two cases studies have shown different in terms of business model, service quality and business performance. First, their value proposition of the business model are different, therefore the target market, the service contents and attitudes provided by the staffs are differentiated. Second, the results show that different areas and external environments will generate different consequences between these two parks. Finally, the results of the study show that regardless of which case study, business models, service quality and business performance are related to each other. Because of Business model and service quality have an impact, but also with the operating performance of each other; service quality and business performance between the interactions.
