The participants were 202 in-service instructors teaching English replied to the research survey, and 198 valid returns were collected with valid return rate of 98%. The results conclude that technology self-efficacy and perceived innovation attributes have positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, respectively. Perception innovation attributes, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness are also the mediators among the associated determinants to the attitude of using CMSs by the participants. The variance of the attitude towards CMSs use are 90.7% by the determinants in the study.
