Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 文化創意產業設計與營運學系事業經營管理碩士班 === 105 === With perspectives of Innovation Diffusion Theory and Technology Acceptance Model, this research is explore the effect of course management systems (CMSs) applied to workplace on-site training taking consideration of professional growth need. The participants were 202 in-service instructors teaching English replied to the research survey, and 198 valid returns were collected with valid return rate of 98%. The results conclude that technology self-efficacy and perceived innovation attributes have positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, respectively. Perception innovation attributes, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness are also the mediators among the associated determinants to the attitude of using CMSs by the participants. The variance of the attitude towards CMSs use are 90.7% by the determinants in the study. The research lends support to the future research of ICT-integrated instruction and managerial implications in the field of interest.
