Researcher has worked with Aowanda for many years, seeing a crowd of tourist around, should further understand the positive and negative effects of tourists and thus we have this study. In this study, the related literatures of tourism development and ecotourism are first sorted out as the research foundation. This paper uses the semi-structured interviews and literature analysis methods of qualitative interviews to discuss the impact of the three major environmental, economic and social humanities, and explores how to balance the local residents' feelings under the development of Owanda National Forest Recreation Area and with the local community to achieve the sustainable use of resources. The study found that the traffic jams is the major problem that impact the local residents. The capacity of narrow road is insufficient for the crowd and car flow during the maple season, leading to inconvenience on the residents. Due to the different routes between the communities area and the Aowanda National Forest recreation area, the future development of eco-tourism will require the cooperation between Aowanda Management Office and local communities, combine the cultural characteristics of the local communities and plan the in-depth tourism experience in the mean time promoting local cultural industry. Visitors can enjoy the process of tourism pleasure and satisfaction at the same time, and understand and respect the diversity of cultural characteristics, hence promote local economic growth and the local industry to promote and enhance the concept of environmental protection and conservation of resources, to achieve the goal of sustainable resources. To further guide visitors from the purpose of recreation for the tendency to enjoy nature, to experience the local environment and cultural characteristics of the depth of tourism.
