The average age of the male was 71.0 ± 7.3 years, the average age of the female was 69.8 ± 7.4 years. The AD-8 screening score was 73 or more, accounting for 14.3%, with the title 8: Of the thinking and memory aspects of the problem, the quality of life scale self-assessment of the health score of the average score of 75 ± 1.7, happy life average score of 77.6 ± 3.2 points. Different education level, the source of the economy, the type of medication, the provision of care for the elderly over 65 years of age, engaged in volunteer service, self-conscious health, mental health and other variables on the early detection of early detection of dementia were significantly different; The higher the scores, the perceived health status and the degree of happiness of life were negatively correlated, and there was a significant difference, so life was happy and self-conscious health status may also be a predictor of dementia tendencies; Stepwise multiple regression analysis results predictive force is the best, Engaged in volunteer service(P = 0.0073), Whether there are more than 65 years old elders(P = 0.0270), Whether or not Parkinson's disease(P = 0.0059), BSRS-5(P <0.0001), In the conscious health project, "Are you most hopeful about the future?" (P = 0.0130), "Is your health better than the same age?" (P = 0.0002). Conclusion: elderly people in the community can still be through the family interaction and participation in social activities, reduce mental health problems, enhance the level of self-health, and delay the symptoms of dementia.
