In the past, the study of mental health was focused on the diagnosis of distress and to find out those who in abnormal incompatibility. For the general society, Specific self-testing of mental health indicators to help themselves maintain their own care and monitoring their mental health. Therefore, this study refers to the body mass index (BMI) to monitor the weight and physical health concept, the construction of simple detection of mental health BMI heart index selected friendly interpersonal support intuition (Be-friends), mind mood (Mindfulness) And the "Social Support Scale" and "Altruistic Behavior and Motivation Questionnaire" were used as the questionnaire of interpersonal support indicators. The "Short-term Mental Health Continuity Scale", " Psychological questionnaire "and" health status questionnaire "as the questionnaire of positive mood index. The self-reflection scale and the Chinese happiness scale were used as the questionnaire of self-indicator. The research method uses the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve (ROC) to find the best cut point. The results showed that the relationship between the BMI well-being heart index and the scale of mental health screening index reached a significant level. The sensitivity and specificity of the BMI score were 21.9 points, the sensitivity was 87.27%, the specificity was 64.44%, the score was 5.25, the sensitivity was 80%, the specificity was 79%, the AUC area was 83 and B (The interpersonal support intimacy) the best score of 7.5 points, the sensitivity of 91.11%, specificity of 54.55%; M (emotional smooth sense of the best cut points 7.5 points, 71.93% sensitivity, specificity of 72.09% ; I (self-worth sense of the best points 6.5 points, 92.98% sensitivity, specificity of 48.84%, suitable for use as a screening of mental health indicators.
