Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北商業大學 === 資訊與決策科學研究所 === 105 === With the development of the Internet of things (IoT) and the popularization of smart products along with the trend of wearable devices, smart life has already spread to every corner of the life. Nowadays, whether the smart watches, sports bracelets or various wearable devices, they are all designed for different consumer groups, and the practitioners also extend the design to focus on the children as targeted group. Currently in the market, there are numerous types of smart watch for children less than 11 years old and industries are constantly promoting new products. Only when the use demand of consumers and development efficiency of products are grasped at the same time can a product that benefits consumers and industries be created. This consideration gradually forms a multi-criteria decision making problem.
The thesis applies modified Delphi method and obtains five major criteria and twenty one sub-criteria through the mode of colleting expert questionnaires. Next it uses the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to form multi-attribute decision making frameworks. By means of the pairwise comparison matrix between the criteria, the customers’ demand can be integrated, calculated, analyzed and grasped. Through further integrating the House of quality (HOQ) of Quality function deployment (QFD), the clearer development technology ranking can be obtained to draw the conceptual design, thus providing important reference for the research and development of relevant products by the manufacturers to conduct follow-on design of children’s smart watch in the future.
