Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 客家文化產業研究所 === 105 === Under the trend of globalization, Taiwanese traditional culture has faced the tough situation. Due to this fact, Taiwanese traditional culture has gradually stepped forward to diversification. However, the recent development of diversification has confronted legal issues and other problems. A fad of the 6th industrialization has been blown up in Japan, whose agriculture situation is similar as Taiwan. Moreover, the government of Japan made law to advocate the 6th industrialization. In contrast, due to the decline of traditional agriculture and aging population, the Hakka cvillages in Taiwan has become degenerated itself.
By the study of the case at the Hakka village —ChuanYong Leisure Farm. The researcher employed document analysis and interviewing industrial, official and academic circles personally, taking in-depth interview as research method to explore the project how to carry out the 6th industrialization and stimulate the regional rural villages’ economy, trying to clear the current predicament in leisure agriculture. However, researcher chose the farmer of ChuanYong Leisure Farm who feels like developing sixth industry as the sample.
Results showed that agriculture in Taiwan was affected by the transition of foreign environment and industrial trend, leading to confront an arduous challenge like low efficiency of output caused agricultural crisis. The development of local agriculture is faced with fallow or transformation to plant high economic value crops, result in rising awareness such as safety of agri-food, farmland use, environmental protection issue, and so on. A combination of leisure agriculture and culture and creative industry, create the economic value, decide market orientation, establish the brand image, strengthen tourists’ cognition, increase the publicity. Linking up the traditional industry and innovative brand by the way of selling strategy, regional resources integration and strategy alliance, raising the value of agricultural product instead of being limited in first, second and third industry.
