The contents of abstract in this thesis:
Fengshan poultry market daily approach to the number of live poultry trading about 30,000, the annual trading volume of about 10 million, the province's southern region important distribution center for poultry. In order to continue to develop and improve the performance of the poultry market, this study aims to explore the stall market for poultry markets, to study the concerns of key customers on the poultry market, and to try to clarify whether the management and service quality of the poultry market Satisfaction with the poultry market. This study reviews the literature, such as customer satisfaction, management style and service quality, and puts forward the structure of this study and visits six vendors in depth to obtain the views of the vendors on the management and improvement of poultry market. Suggest. The results are as follows:
First, the respondents most satisfied with the attitude, the most dissatisfied is the management.
Second, simplify the management requirements and reduce fees.

The study also found the following recommendations:
First, consider expanding the market area, increase the possibility of parking spaces and waiting areas.
Second, increase the human and strengthen communication.
Third, improve the hardware equipment.
Fourth, improve the slaughtering process and improve efficiency.
Fifth, the Government asked the Group to pay attention to speculation prices.
