Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 技職教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between vocational high school teachers' professional growth needs and their attitude toward training participation and to further clarify the moderating effects of social support and job stress on the aforementioned relationship. This study sent 200 questionnaires to vocational high school teachers and received 145 valid data (the response rate is 76%). Based on the statistical analysis of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis, the findings were as follows: 1.The lower the education level of vocational high school teachers in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area are, the higher the demand for their professional growth. 2.The higher level of the teachers’ professional growth needs is, the better the attitude training participation. 3.Social support has no moderating effects on the relationship between vocational high school teachers' professional growth needs and their attitude toward training participation. 4.Job stress has significant moderating effects on the relationship between vocational high school teachers' professional growth needs and their attitude toward training participation. Based on the results, this study provides some suggestions to the educational administrative authorities, schools, vocational high school teachers, and future studies.
