The convenience of mobile devices are going to change the service of finances and securities. There are many mobile banks or mobile securities which are invented. With the development of global wireless communication and the promotion of mobile phone popularity, action orders also evolved from the earliest voice orders to SMS orders. Now dealing stocks by mobile devices are different from traditional financial and securities markets.
Dealing stocks by mobile devices are future trends. There are not many searches and statistical data. The purpose of this thesis includes analysis of customer’s using will and types, changes and influences of the securities market which are based on liquidity, efficiency and fairness.
The note of this research which includes quantification and qualitative research points at that securities and convenience of dealing platform are engaged customers, tools and invest information on mobile devices are obvious influences about dealing amount and frequency. The most interviewers are the opinion that the liquidity of securities markets is better by using mobile devices for dealing stocks than by using computers or telephones for dealing stocks. Questionnaire of this search are under the impression that there are not obvious difference about the securities holding time by using mobile devices for dealing stocks.
About the changes of security market, this research is that increasing training of profession financial knowledge, insure the security of internet transactions and customer’s information, strengthening customer’s confidence by using mobile devices for dealing stocks.
