Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 休閒運動健康系所 === 105 === Adventure Therapy (AT) was a treatment which combined outdoor and counseling. In recent years, there were more and more empirical researches in Taiwan, there were also many helping professions using this kind of method and put them into cases. However, from then till now, there was no complete local theoretical framework. According to psychologist regulations in Taiwan, many restrictions were set on adventure therapy. As a result, this study collected nine adventure therapy workers by qualitative research of in-depth interview and by snowball sampling. The main purposes were to find adventure therapy’s theoretical methods of development as well as implementation program in Taiwan and the main reason why the nine adventure therapy workers were willing to participate in these kinds of career. In the progress we found that (1) the changes of outdoor workers, (2) the dedications of social workers and (3) the kindness of medical system. Finally, the motivation of job involvement was divided into four parts, (1) seeing the changes happen, (2) having related to the past experiences, (3) traditional counseling problems and (4) self-expectation. In professional development, it focused on experiencing the educations and the dedications of industry-government-academic in the past. Now the situations we face were (1) the environment problems (The differences between now and past, adventurous environments, working environments and workers’ helplessness’), (2) inadequate professions and (3) obscure positions. In the future, (1) the development must let more people know, (2) provided a good platform, (3) trans-disciplinary learning and (4) wait for the improvements of environment. In theory and approach, it took three stages of the course, before the course, during the course and after the course respectively. It also provided future research topic and suggestions to overcome the dilemma of medical law.
