In order is to improve the learning performance of computer skill course, this research investigate the relationship among the features of learners, environmental factors, learning method, learning performance based on the social cognition theory. It is expected to find out key factors for affecting the learning performance of computer skill course. The subjects of this empirical study are students in the college of management, college of leisure, and college of arts and literature selecting the course of computer skill. Sampling data are collected through questionnaires delivered to the subjects of this research. In total of three hundred eleven sample data are obtained. We used SPSS to analyze the sample data and AMOS is applied to examine the fitness of structural model developed in this research. Findings of this research are summarized as follows: (1) the feature of learners including learning motives and personalities has a significant influence on learning method (learning behavior and attitude), (2) environmental factor has insignificant on learning method, (3) learning method has a significant influence on scores of computer skill courses, and (4) learning method has a significant influence on learning satisfaction. Thus, this research provides useful references on the teaching and learning of computer skill courses. Besides, new research topics are pointed out for researchers in this regard.
