The purposes of this research were to understand the life satisfaction status of single female social workers from 31 to 55 years old and 9 objects were in-depth interviews. The hypotheses of this study are as follows: (1) to understand life satisfaction status from single female social workers’ perspective. (2) to understand single female social workers’ challenge sources because of single. (3) to understand single female social workers’ life and fure plan. (4) the impact of marrage choices from different social work field of female workers. Discoveries of this study are: (1) In addition to the history of social work career, most people think the profession of social worker does have an internal collision or spark on the self. When work with client is also a proceses of self-dialogue, thinking and growth. (2) The life satisfaction for sigle female social workers is moderate above, and have especially satisfied on the scheduling of leisure time and social support among friends, colleagues or classmates while the evaluations on finacial and health are low. (3) The challenge recources of single are famlies (parents included) and self-expectation. (4) They give a good evaluation on sigle adaptability and most are well-planned on finacial control, health, resident, interpersonal relationship, self-enjoyment and learning. (5) Most people agree there’s impact on marrage choice while being a social worker. Keywords: single female, social worker, life satisfaction
