碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 生態休閒教育教學碩士學位學程 === 105 === This research aims to discuss the relationship between the teachers' leisure awareness, leisure participation and leisure satisfaction in the elementary school in Kaohsiung. This research adopting questionnaire method, using perceptions of leisure, recreation scale participation, leisure satisfaction scale of Surveying tools to Kaohsiung City State Teachers' for the survey, total questionnaires were 460, 449of then were returned , 444 of them were valid, recycling ratiowas 96.52%.The data collected from the questionnaire is analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, independent analysis of variance, pearson product moment correlation analysis and other statistical methods. The results are as follows: 1.The elementary school’s Teachers’ leisure awareness was on medium and upper level, concept of leisure got the highest score, then the leisure unctions second high,and then the leisure benefits. The frequency and times of leisure activities’ type for elementary school’s teachersis betweenoccasionally and more often .The frequency and number of times ofparticipation from high to low was family-type activities, social activities, literary-art type, outdoors type, and physical sport. The elementary school’s Teachers’leisure satisfactionwas on medium and upper , their scores from high to low was relaxation,physiology, aesthetic,education, psychologicaland socials. 2.Elementary school teachers’ background variables in maritalstatus hadsignificant differences inleisure awareness. 3.Elementary school teachers’ background variables in gender, marital status, years of service, the number of children had significant differences in the leisure activities type. 4.Elementary school teachers’ background variables in maritalstatus hadsignificant differences inleisure satisfaction consciousness. 5. Leisure awareness and leisure activities type showed a low degree of positive correlation; while leisure awareness and leisure satisfactionpresented a moderate positive correlation, and leisure activities type and leisure satisfactionshowed a low degree of positive correlation.
