Through this course, students can know more about their surroundings and therefore learn to respect and protect the environment.The result was expected to provide a reference for the low grade environmental art education course of elementary school.Action research was taken in this research . The research started from searching related references. After searching, three related units for course design were set. It then analyzed school surroundings, environmental education, environmental art education theory and study to build the theory base and the course structure of low grade environmental art education course of elementary school. Finally, the course design based on this research was combined to Ji-Yang elementary school’s curricular activity. Through applying, inspecting, recording and thinking, the researcher finally finished the research. The results of this study have recommendations and conclusions for other workers.
