This study compares the different effects of background variables on the perception of students learning attitude, learning motivation, social support and learning performance. And then this study analyzes the relationships between the four variables; Finally, this study attempts to verify the interaction between these variables.This study uses the questionnaire survey method to collect data. The samples are primary school teachers in Kaohsiung City. This study uses the questionnaire of "learning attitude, learning motivation, social support and learning performance" The results of this study are in the following: 1. Students' learning attitude has a significant positive impact on learning performance. 2. Students' learning attitude has a significant positive impact on learning motivation. 3. Students' learning motivation has a significant positive impact on learning performance. 4. Social support has a significant positive impact on learning performance. 5.
