Regarding housing attributes, ages, floor numbers of a building and associations of community negatively affected housing price per unit, building areas positively affected housing prices per unit for houses, while building areas negatively affected housing prices per unit for mansions and apartments. As for location factors, districts of elementary schools with specialties and business districts positively affected housing prices per unit for houses, star junior schools districts and business districts affected housing prices per unit for mansions, however, location factors had no influence on housing prices per unit for apartments.
The findings provide several significant implications and suggestions for marketing strategy and managerial practice.
