Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 音樂學系碩士班 === 105 === This research aims at discussing over the status quo of the musical prenatal education and comparing the different opinions held by parents under different background variables on the musical prenatal education as well as probing into the preferred music kinds of parents when carrying out musical prenatal education. To achieve research goals, this research was majorly conducted by questionnaire survey and supplemented by semi-structured interview and took the would-be parents throughout the nation as research subjects. The questionnaires were released on the internet and there were 481 valid questionnaires collected back with a collection rate of 96.2%. The data collected were processed with SPSS 21.0 and reach descriptive statistics (frequency distribution, percentage, mean value and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test, one-way ANOVA). Following conclusions are proposed based on the research results: 1. Musical prenatal education is beneficial to mother’s physical and mental health during pregnancy. It is also a good starting point of parenting education. 2. Light music is the first choice of prenatal music for majority of parents. 3. Parents' occupation and their level of education will influence their attitude towards musical prenatal education. 4. The multiple information channels are conductive to musical prenatal education implemented by the parents. It puts forward recommendations on family, medical and educational units as well as future researches based on the research conclusions, expecting to be the helpful reference for the promotion of musical prenatal education and relevant subsequent researches.
