The study uses the ways of interview the clinical professors who did the clinical teaching, and documents analysis to explore the practice of the clinical teaching program. According to the outcomes of the study, the study generates four conclusions regarding the implementation status of clinical teaching programs.The results are as follows: 1. The clinical teaching programs includes purposes of the implementation,selections for clinical frofessors,benefits for clinical frofessors, the procedure and the principles etc. 2. The implementation status of clinical teaching programs includes the difference between the teaching theory and teaching fields, and classroom management is not easy for clinical professors. 3.The effect upon the clinical teaching includes the clinical professors get the opportunity to test and verify the teaching theory, and can use this experience of the clinical teaching to make feedback for teachers training programs. 4. The clinical teaching difficulties includes one is the clinical teaching program doesn’t have enough supporting policies so that clinical professors are unwilling to join it, and the other one is it would add a teaching burden to partner teachers. Based on research conclusions, the study also provides three aspects of constructive suggestions as a reference for clinical teaching program, teachers training colleges and clinical professors.
