The service experience inquiry analyze method was used in this paper. There are five result has revealed that: (1) Middle-aged to the library will inspire learning motivation, spiritual sustenance is a great help. (2) Regardless of age, the education level among the elderly on the library's barrier-free facilities environment has a high demand. (3) The effective use of audio-visual room to increase the total number of young and old games, to help elders operate digital equipment, regular display nostalgic film is more effective. (4) To promote the function of the library, such as good book guide, current commentary, etc. to absorb more elders use public resources. (5) For bright lighting and comfortable seats, you can provide different types of seats, to strengthen the lighting equipment.
